- Shipped orders must follow the Return & Refund Policy instead

4. Processing Timeline & Urgency
Wileyarch operates with a fast fulfillment system:
- Handling Time: 1 business day
- Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday)
This means:
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST may be processed the same day
- Orders placed after the cut-off are processed the next business day
What This Means for You
If you need to cancel or modify your order:
- Act immediately after placing it
- Delays may result in the order entering processing
- Once processing begins, requests cannot be fulfilled
5. If Cancellation Is Not Possible
If your order has already been processed or shipped:
- Cancellation will no longer be available
- You must wait for delivery
- You can then request a return within 60 days under our Return & Refund Policy

- If already processed, duplicate orders must be returned after delivery

Once an order is:

- Verified
- Sent to fulfillment
It becomes locked, meaning:
- No edits can be made
- No cancellations can be processed
This system ensures fast shipping but limits post-order flexibility.
